The breakfast included a great selection. I stayed on a bed and breakfast basis. The location is fantastic with everything right on the doorstep. The room was modern. It was clean and tidy. The hotel bar offers happy hour deals and live entertainment.
Money went missing from our room after cleaners had been in it. I reported it to the reception but they seemed to not care. No solution was offered other than contacting the cleaner. I was disgusted and disappointed by this.

The location was great. breakfast had lots of choices. staff in the restaurant was very attentive, which i appreciate. i also like the fact i was able to swap my half board dinner for lunch. The lunch buffet had a surprising variety.

the location was excellent, a real plus. the breakfast buffet had good variety. staff at the downstairs bar were friendly and efficient (i especially liked the happy hour).
i had to pay extra for the safe, which i don't usually encounter at a four-star hotel.

i enjoyed the hotel's location near the main strip the beach was also easily accessible the check-in process was fast and efficient i was even allowed to check in two hours early at no extra cost the pool area had ample sun loungers available even during the busy mid-august period. i found a comfortable room with twin beds a well kept bathroom and a balcony that offered a sea view. the hotel has a good gym i could use .
i encountered an additional charge of 20 euros to access my room at 2 pm instead of the standard 4 pm i was told that the room was already prepared and available , made the fee seem unnecessary

the hotel staff were very helpful and knowledgeable i found them to be responsive to my needs the front desk staff were pleasant and ready to assist with any questions i had. i found them very friendly.

The hotel location IS really great. It is close to the beach, bars, restaurants, and entertainment. I was able to swap my half-board dinner for lunch. This was convenient. i found the lunch buffet had plenty choice.

Acceptable stay but with some Issues
faulty key cardrepetitive food
The cleaner could not get into our room. Her key card did not work. She was unable to clean or change towels. I had to ask at reception for them. food was very much the same each day. I've never noticed this when we've stayed here before.
